• Instant Return: Customers are required to inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel. If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be returned immediately before the delivery person leaves. Failure to do so will void the return and replacement eligibility.
• Unpacking Video Proof: If a delivery person is not available at the time of unpacking, the customer must record a clear video of the unboxing process. In case of any damage or discrepancy, the recorded video must be submitted as proof to initiate the return or replacement process.
